This past weekend I promoted my business at the March for Babies walk at the Celery Flats in Portage, MI. I was so impressed with this amazing organization! Such love, compassion, and determination to help bring healthy babies into our world.
I learned that 1 of 8 babies are born premature. I will always remember my midwife telling me that 20% of pregnancies end in a miscarriage. That is a statistic that will haunt me forever, because I sadly experienced the loss of a pregnancy at 12 weeks.
I am thrilled to see there is such a strong organization out there that is working so hard to raise money to fund programs and research that help our precious babies begin healthy lives.
