We (Dani and I) had a blast photographing this beauty last week in South Haven, MI. Her family also did some family photos in the session. They have a sailboat so we were able to get some adorable photos on the boat of her …. and her family! This was a first for me photographing someone on a boat like that….it was so fun, and honestly challenging due to the harsh sunlight we were getting that day. I love how her photos turned out, so here are some of our favorites, and we included some info about Lauren….just for fun to get to know her better! =)

Q. What is the name of your high school?
A. Mattawan High School
Q. Try to just describe you in one sentence.
A. An outgoing teenager that is always up for a good laugh.
Q. What do you want to be when you “grow up”?
A. This is a very hard question, so I am just going to go with happy. I want to be happy when I grow up.
Q. Do you plan to go to college…if so do you know where?
A. I do plan on going to college, but I am not sure yet. I am looking into a few within Michigan and the surrounding states.
Q. What kind of music do you like?
A. I enjoy more mellow music, but I do like a little hiphop.
Q. What is your favorite movie?
A. Bridesmaids
Q. What is your favorite sports and the positions you play?
A. I play defense for my school’s varsity lacrosse team.
Q. What can just “make your day”?
A. Spending time with my best friends. They are all riots, and we all laugh nonstop.
Q. What fun things have you done this summer?
A. I have been sailing a lot with my family. We also went on our usual trip to Rhode Island to visit family.
Q. What is your favorite subject at school?
A. History or Anthropology
Q. Please list something that everyone may not know about you.
A. People may not know that I have ridden through the panama canal. This was the most boring day of my life, but an experience that I wouldn’t take back for anything.
Q. Do you have a hidden talent? =)
A. I am secretly an amazing dancer. Okay, maybe that was a lie, but I secretly think that I am a very good dancer.
Q. Name your top three priorities in your life right now.
A. My family is a huge priority in my life. My friends are also very important, because they keep me grounded. Another huge priority is school and my grades.
