This is a frequently asked question we get asked from clients, non clients, other photographers….and the general public. Do you sell your digital files? And the answer is “yes”….kind of!
We find that most of our clients come to us because we are a boutique photography studio. We do not offer the “cookie cutter, assembly line, photography experience”. We are a low volume, high quality, even higher customer serviced boutique studio. We pride ourselves in this, and work hard to stay at this level. We offer only the B.E.S.T. Our clients love our high quality wall portraits, gallery wrapped canvases, unique products like our mini albums and custom designed cards. Melissa has worked very hard to refine her photography skills to offer gorgeous photography on even better products to offer her clients that next level of photographic art! The kind of art you will cherish and love for a lifetime.
That all being said, we know that we live in the digital age and everyone loves digital files…us included!! We deal with thousands of them each month! We do offer two digital image DVDs to our clients for purchase.
1. THE GIFTER…$250:
Once the minimum print order requirement is met, ($200 for Little Peanut Sessions and $300 for regular Lifestyle Sessions) then we offer this wonderful option to our clients for $250. This is TEN of your favorite images from the session that are sized for 4×6 prints and smaller such as wallets. This is our most popular choice by far. Our clients come to us for their gorgeous wall portraits and unique products, and then purchase this DVD to be able to print all the smaller “gift” prints they would like. These will allow you to do the following: Use the images on the internet, like facebook, twitter or email. You can print 4×6 size for grandparents and other loved ones, make brag books, scrapbooking, make Christmas cards or birth announcements, and of course print off lots of wallets to hand out to family and friends. We will give you a written print release that allows you to print legally. We also give you a recommendation of where to get your images printed at to ensure high quality. We highly discouraged one hour photo labs since the quality is poor and quite inconsistent.
2. THE ULTIMATE COLLECTION…$700
This is a DVD with high resolution images that allows you to print any size you would like from the complete session. Clients choose this DVD when they have a large families and would like to give lots of larger prints to family members, or if they would like to handle all their own printing needs, and of course be able to have the best quality images saved in digital format for a lifetime. The other wonderful thing about this DVD is if anything ever happens to your photographs say….10 years from now your beloved child takes a “Sharpie” to your canvas….you know you have those digital files safely stored away on your DVD and can get that canvas reprinted. We will give you a written print release that allows you to print legally from this DVD. We also give you a recommendation of where to get your images printed at to ensure high quality. We highly discouraged one hour photo labs since the quality is poor and quite inconsistent. With this investment, your DVD will be delivered in a beautifully custom made DVD case.
