Dani (my assistant for you new blog readers) and I met up with Ashley and Jeff recently to photograph your engagement photos. We were a little nervous because it was raining off and on all day long. I am so proud of this adorable couple, they were up for anything I asked….even sitting on “not so dry grass”. The rain followed us through out the session, but we are thankful we were not washed out. We stuck through it and got some awesome images.
On a technical note, I played around with some off camera flash on this session to give a little more interest in the photos. It was a cloudy, rainy day, and the leaves were not on all of the trees yet, so the photos needed that extra “pop”. For you fellow photographers out there….give it a try on a session, you will be surprised at how much it really helps!!
And to Ashley and Jeff….you two were so fun to work with…and Dani and I are looking forward to photographing your gorgeous wedding at Kellogg Manor House!!
