2020 Spring Mini Photography Sessions Announced!
It’s that wonderful time of year where we start to think about Spring and warmer weather on the way! For Spring Minis this year, florals are all the rage and we found a gorgeous backdrop that I just could not resist! Here are all the details about them and we hope to see your cutie there in their new Spring dress or outfit!
DATE: March 21, 2020 :: 9am-2pm
Cost: $110…..this session fee includes the 15-20 minute session, two printable digital files. These sessions are for children only up to four children.
The sessions are scheduled EVERY 20 minutes. I (Melissa) shoot fast and very purposeful and we find that we can be done even faster if your little ones are doing well. We try to make these sessions fun and fast for everyone. Images will be posted on an online gallery two-three days after the session for you to choose your two favorite images. We aim to give you 8-10 to choose from. If you find that you love more than just the two images included in the fee…we do offer additional files for $50/each or an additional $145 for the complete set. Please note that the backdrop is five feet high and six feet long, so it’s perfect for your little ones.

Here are some examples taken with the backdrop so you can see the colors and tones. One of the most popular questions we get is…what colors do you suggest? I suggest for girls to pick a color from the flowers and find a dress to coordinate. The backdrop is colorful yet simple enough to keep the focus on your little ones. If it was me, I would stay away from strong patterns, I think a gorgeous solid colored dress would look amazing with this set up. For boys, creams, green, coral and pinks would be great. I can see a handsome little guy wearing dark jeans or khakis, adorable pink button shirt with suspenders, and a bow tie. Again, just pick one of the colors in the flowers in the backdrop and have fun with it. 🙂 What I love about this backdrop is that it doesn’t scream Easter, bunnies, and eggs….it’s a great versatile backdrop for Spring to give you all gorgeous images you can enjoy in all seasons.
***UPDATE on backdrop option*** We recently added another backdrop option for the Spring Minis…..you will see it is a little more woody and neutral in colors as we know that some may prefer to not have all florals and pastels. You have the option of using ONE of these backdrops for your session, you can pick now or when you arrive. PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE TO KEEP IT FAIR.
