I am happy to announce that we have set a date for the ever popular Mommy Photography Class. This is our 4th year offering this class and it sells out every time. So if you are a mom, dad, grandparent or just someone who wants to learn the basics of photography in one evening, you are welcome to sign up for this fun class. I will be teaching everyone the settings you need to set on your cameras to get a well exposed image. We will also discuss lighting, composition and how to interact with children. They are cute, but tricky to photograph. This class is set up for those with DSLR cameras like a “Canon Rebel”…..however, if you have a camera that has manual settings you will be able to learn a lot in one evening.
The $25 fee will hold your seat. Please note this fee is NON-refundable as it is a fund raiser for a near and dear ministry I am proud to be a part of. We are donating the proceeds of this class to help cover the costs for local photographers who offer their photography services at Bronson Hospital through NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP ( Volunteer Ministry providing the gift of remembrance photography for parents suffering the loss of a baby). These photographers not only volunteer their time and talent, but also their resources to provide professional prints to families to enjoy as they remember their angel baby.

I am so excited to offer this class each year. We all know that our little ones are growing up so fast and even though digital photography is as wonderful as it is….we need to make sure that we are not just capturing 1,000s of poor, blurry, dark images….but that we are able to capturing exposed images of your children’s childhood that they will treasure for a lifetime. I truly hope to see you there this year!
