Wedding season is in full swing here at Gregersen Photography and this wonderful wedding was a pure joy to photograph in Kalamazoo, MI. Their sacred wedding ceremony was held at St. Catherine Catholic Church and their gorgeous wedding reception was at LOFT 310 in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan.
One fun memory I have of this wedding is the wind! Rachael had a a beautiful veil and the wind was having a lot of fun with that veil!! I also remember how she looked at Ryan, she just adores him and its so fun to see and observe couples on their wedding day and capture that LOVE.
I just love the colors they chose for their wedding…gold, blush pink and white. So romantic!
I am kind of crazy about this image. A bride dreams about her wedding dress and all the details. Her veil, flowers, hair and jewelry and shoes….when it all comes together…its so beautiful and unique to each bride, and I love to capture that!
They chose to do a private “First Look”…so after they had their moment, we did photographs of them together before their ceremony.

It was still pretty light out when it was our time to leave for the night…but I still wanted to give them our “night shot”…so we went to the roof top on the SKYDECK and were able to capture this image with the downtown Kalamazoo city skyline in the background.
