Katelin and Wayne were married at the beautiful historic Henderson Castle that is so well known in Kalamazoo, MI. They both serve in the military and actually met in the military, and then found out they both were from the West Michigan area. How fun is that!! They had a lovely wedding that even ended with lit lanterns! That was a first for me to photograph at a wedding and I really had fun with it!! Henderson Castle is a great place not only for a wedding, but to just photograph in…so much detail and beauty inside and out. My second shooter, Holly and I had a great time playing and shooting in there all day! So thankful that Katelin and Wayne gave us the time we needed to give them some gorgeous wedding photographs of just the two of them. They chose to do the “first look” and that always makes a huge difference for us in getting enough time to get those lovely photographs they were hoping for from us!
