Have you ever met someone and thought instantly “wow, she is so so sweet!” I mean genuinely kind and sweet! That was my first thought with Heather, and she is that through and through! I am so honored she chose me to photographer her wedding and truly hope that when cute babies come down the road she will find me again, because I just loved working with her and Brian!
Heather and Brian were married at the gorgeous First Baptist Church in downtown Kalamazoo. If I remember right, this church is the oldest church in downtown Kalamazoo! The big party was at the Radisson just across the street from the church.
Brian wrote her a sweet little note on her gorgeous blue shoes!
They just don’t make gorgeous churches like this anymore. That organ was no joke!! Amazing!

Beautiful stained glass windows are my favorite! I could have photographed in this church for hours, but we only had like 5 minutes. 😉
I love it when couples let me take them away from the party for about 10-15 minutes at the end of my time with them. I love shooting at night and creating one last set of images that are so relaxed, candid and memorable for the couple!
