What a delight it was to work with the Comerford family. I wanted to show case this session for a couple reasons. 1. I really really enjoyed working with them all. GREAT family. 2. To show how important family photography truly is for us.
These images are not crazy artistic or “trendy”…they are classic, well lit, happy images of a happy family. Images that I know for a fact are treasured. It was a gift to the mom, Faith. A gift to herself. What mom does not love her family fiercely and want to have beautiful photographs to show off of her pride and joy. Fatih told me that its been a while since they had photographs together and we all know how true that is for our extended families, so I want to encourage you to consider hiring a photographer to come when you are all together and create images that you will love for a lifetime and beyond by family members. I recently lost my mother this past Summer, and every image with her in it is not a treasure, you just think you always have more time….and we just never know.
I am so happy to have met Faith and her family and hope to work with them all again in the future!
